Susan Shepard, Principal Designer and Partner
Known for her outstanding taste, talent and breadth of experience — and a lifelong love of the arts and beauty in all things, Susan has a substantial résumé of interior design projects and knowledge of antiques and fine art. She has worked in beach communities of southern California and in the Jackson Hole/Rocky Mountain resort areas for a number of years. These are areas that attract clients wishing to surround themselves with beautiful and exceptional interiors to reflect the natural beauty of the environment around them. Susan is well equipped to give these clients the finest in interior design. Susan’s many outstanding projects in the region speak for themselves — along with the recommendations of her many highly satisfied clients, who commend her excellent and creative work, her ability to listen, and a sensible approach to pricing structure and the “business” of design.
Susan’s first career as a classical musical artist took her to Europe and around the US and she established relationships with arts patrons at every level, learning to deal with a sophisticated and demanding clientele that now ranges from the resort condo owner to real estate developers, political figures and the CEOs of international corporations. Susan’s education in both England and America has encompassed design, color theory, scale and proportion, space and land use, etc., as well as a broad education in music and the fine arts. Susan has a special interest in and knowledge of English antiques. Susan maintains her design studio in Belle Cose Town Square, the stunning Jackson Hole home and jewelry store.
